The MHS Extension is excited to host the first-ever Innovation Carnival at the Innovation Campus, and we are currently looking for vendors and performers to be part of this exciting event!

Time: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM

What is the Innovation Carnival?
The Innovation Carnival is a free-entry community event featuring a variety of booths, activities, and performances hosted by students from MUSD schools, clubs, organizations, and community members. Attendees will be able to explore booths, enjoy performances, and support student-led fundraising efforts.

Our theme for the evening is carnival, but your booth does not have to strictly follow the theme. Basic signage and tablecloths will be provided upon request.

Vendor Opportunities:
We welcome a wide range of booths, including (but not limited to):
• Games and interactive activities

• Food and beverages
• Handmade goods
• Merchandise

Carnival Game Ticket System:
If you choose to host a carnival-style game, please note that all games will operate using a ticket system. Participants will use tickets to play your game, and you will be responsible for collecting those tickets. At the end of the event, we will reimburse you based on the number of tickets collected.

Performers:
We welcome any form of family-friendly entertainment, such as dances, cultural shows, or live music.

Vendor Fees:
• Representative School Groups (ASB, etc.): FREE
• MUSD Clubs/Organizations (e.g., PTSA):
– $10 if submitted before April 20, 2026 (11:59 PM)
– $15 if submitted after April 20
• Non-MUSD Vendors: Flat fee of $20

Please note: An advisor must be present for MUSD groups if sales are being made.

Performers:
Performers are exempt from the vendor fee unless they plan to sell items. Accepting tips and donations is permitted.
